Please review our manufacturing terms carefully. These policies ensure clarity and quality throughout our partnership.

Revisions & Approval

  • Customers must review and approve samples (fit, accessories, sizing, construction) before bulk production begins.
  • Any changes made after sample approval may affect the pricing and production timeline.

Fabrics & Accessories

  • Fabric pricing depends on the material type and quality selected.
  • Fabrics may be supplied by the customer or sourced by Artina Collection upon request.

Pricing & Production Estimates

  • Bulk production pricing provided before final samples are approved is estimated.
  • Final production pricing will be given once the sample is approved (pricing is based on design complexity, fabric type, and required accessories).

Quality Control & Shipping

  • All products undergo full quality control before packing.
  • Production lead time: 4-6 weeks (depending on waiting list, design complexity, and total order quantity).
  • Production time begins once the deposit has been paid.
  • Shipping will be arranged after the final payment is completed.

Export

  • Artina Collection can handle export documents.
  • Using a COO may help reduce or exempt taxes according to the regulations of the destination country, but this depends on each country's rules and agreements.

Shipping & Logistics

  • Artina Collection works with reliable international couriers: DHL, FedEx, and Cargo, offering the best price for customers.
  • Shipping can be arranged via air or sea, depending on customer requirements.
  • Shipping costs are determined based on weight, volume, and destination.
  • All products undergo quality control before dispatch.

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

  • Minimum order: 3 sizes per design, 1 size min order 25 pcs
  • For 50 pcs: maximum 4 sizes and 3 colors per design.
  • For 100 pcs and above: no size or color limitations.

Deposit & Payment

  • A 50% Sample Deposit is required to begin the sampling process.
  • A 50% Bulk Production Deposit is required to begin bulk production.
  • The remaining balance must be paid before shipment.
  • The 50% Sample Cashback applies if the bulk production order meets the minimum of 50 pcs per design.
  • The cashback will be deducted from the Bulk Production Deposit Invoice.

Sampling & Prototyping

  • Sample lead time: 2-6 weeks, depending on waiting list, design complexity, and the quantity of samples required.
  • Sample price includes: Pattern, Grading Pattern, Sample Sewing, and Spec Size.
